Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Advisor to support employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, and HR compliance. You will advise managers, resolve employee concerns, manage benefits and performance processes, and contribute to HR projects that improve workplace culture.
Required: bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 3+ years of HR experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, knowledge of labor laws, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office. Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships is essential.
