Job Description
Manage daily operations of a community residential home, ensuring safe, person-centered care for residents. Lead and schedule staff, recruit and train employees, and supervise performance. Develop individualized support plans, coordinate health and social services, and maintain compliance with licensing and organizational policies. Oversee budgets, inventory, and facility maintenance. Build positive relationships with residents’ families and external agencies, and prepare reports and documentation. Requirements: prior experience in residential or social care management, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of care planning and regulations, and basic administrative proficiency. Degree in social work or related field preferred.
