Job Description

As a Group Benefits Sales & Service Assistant, you will support the sales team and serve clients by preparing quotations and proposals, coordinating renewals, assisting with claims and enrollment, maintaining policy documentation, and managing client inquiries. You will liaise with insurers, schedule meetings, and ensure accurate data entry. Ideal candidates have a diploma or bachelor’s degree, strong communication and customer service skills, proficiency in MS Office, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Previous insurance or benefits experience is a plus. This role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for growth.
