Job Description

We are hiring a PDD (Program Development and Delivery) Program Supervisor to lead program planning, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple projects.

You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, create and monitor schedules and budgets, ensure compliance and quality standards, manage stakeholder relationships, and report program performance.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of program or project management experience, proven leadership, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with project management tools; PMP or similar certification preferred.

Full-time position with competitive salary and benefits; remote or on-site options may be available.
