Job Description
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact between customers and the service team. You will greet clients, diagnose concerns, prepare estimates, schedule repairs, and follow up on service status. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills are required, plus basic automotive knowledge and comfort using service management software. Responsibilities include explaining work orders, upselling recommended maintenance, obtaining approvals, and ensuring timely delivery. Prior experience in a dealership or repair shop, a valid driver’s license, and attention to detail are preferred. We offer a collaborative environment and opportunities for growth.
