Job Description
Manage daily operations of a floating retail store, ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent customer service. Lead and schedule a small crew, oversee inventory, ordering, cash handling, and merchandising. Monitor vessel maintenance and coordinate with marine technicians. Drive sales through visual merchandising, promotions, and staff coaching; analyze daily reports and meet revenue targets. Require 3+ years retail or maritime operations experience, strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and valid boating or safety certification preferred. Flexible schedule, ability to work on water, and excellent communication required.
