Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Supervisor for our gelato and coffee shop to support daily operations, supervise staff, ensure quality control, manage inventory, and maintain excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of F&B or retail supervisory experience, strong communication skills, basic barista and gelato preparation knowledge, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends. Responsibilities include training team members, assisting with scheduling, handling customer feedback, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and basic cash-handling skills are required.
