Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain visual merchandising standards. The ideal candidate has 2+ years retail supervisory experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic knowledge of sales reporting, and availability to work flexible hours. Responsibilities include coaching team members, monitoring performance metrics, handling customer issues, coordinating stock replenishment, and ensuring a safe, clean store environment.
