Job Description

J. Mach Professional Corporation seeks a Personal Income Tax Preparer for a 4-month in-office contract (30 hrs/week). Pay $18–$25/hr. Prepare T1 returns, enter/review slips (T4, T5, T3, RRSP, OAS, CPP, T5008), prepare business/rental income statements, handle client communications, CRA follow-ups, and year-end working papers. Require 2+ seasons T1 experience, accounting diploma or equivalent, strong T1 knowledge, MS Office, attention to detail, and clear communication. Assets: Profile/Sage/QuickBooks, bookkeeping, CRA interaction, CPA student. Occasional evenings/weekends.
