Job Description
Join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor. You will greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, prepare estimates, schedule repairs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, quality service. Track work orders, process invoices, explain services and costs clearly, and follow up to confirm customer satisfaction. Required: One to two years automotive service or customer-service experience, basic mechanical knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, computer proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. We seek a professional, customer-focused candidate who can build trust and handle multiple tasks.
