Job Description
We seek a passionate, experienced Construction Superintendent to lead institutional, commercial, and industrial projects for Construction Matteau Inc. Worksites are mainly in the Greater Montreal area and North Shore. Responsibilities: plan, coordinate, and supervise site activities; manage schedules, budgets, and quality; lead crews and subcontractors; enforce health and safety; communicate with clients, professionals, and management; perform minor construction tasks. Requirements: minimum 5 years’ superintendent experience, strong team leadership and organizational skills, deep knowledge of construction and safety standards, rigor and clear communication. Full-time position, frequent travel. Salary starting at $100,00 per year.
