Job Description

As a Relief Manager, you will provide temporary leadership across operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining company standards. Responsibilities include covering absent managers, coordinating shift schedules, training team members, resolving customer issues, monitoring inventory and performance metrics, and enforcing safety and policy compliance. We seek a proactive leader with 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work varied shifts. A background in retail or hospitality, basic financial awareness, and quick adaptability are preferred.
