Job Description

ION Facility Services seeks a reliable, bilingual (French/English) Handyperson for a full-time role near Quartier des Spectacles. You’ll support daily building operations in a corporate office: inspect HVAC, machinery and fire systems; perform routine MEP repairs; manage work orders, PPMs and meter readings; supervise contractors; and assist with event and meeting room setup. Must have 5–10 years hands-on maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, ability to work independently, and excellent references.
