Job Description

We are hiring a Concierge to deliver outstanding guest services, manage front-desk inquiries, assist with reservations, transportation, and local recommendations, and coordinate deliveries and requests. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a professional appearance, and prior hospitality or customer-service experience. Multilingual ability is a plus. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, managing keys and mail, and resolving issues promptly. Must be available for flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
