Job Description

We are seeking a Saddle Sales Representative to promote and sell equestrian saddles to retailers, stables, and riders. You will build relationships, present product features and fit, provide demonstrations and fittings, manage territory accounts, and meet monthly sales targets. Ideal candidates have equestrian knowledge or retail sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel regionally. Responsibilities include inventory coordination, after-sales support, and reporting sales activity. Competitive commission, training, and performance bonuses provided.
