Job Description
We are hiring a Merchandise Leader to drive category strategy, lead a small merchandising team, and optimize assortment and inventory for sales growth. You will analyze sales data, set pricing and promotions, coordinate with vendors, and ensure on-shelf availability and visual standards across stores. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail merchandising, strong analytical and leadership skills, experience with Excel and merchandising systems, and excellent communication. This role demands proactive planning, commercial judgment, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced retail environment.
