Job Description
Join us as an Omni Customer Fulfillment Associate responsible for processing and fulfilling online and in-store orders across all channels. You will pick, pack, and ship items accurately; coordinate with stores and carriers; manage order exceptions; and respond to customer inquiries to ensure timely delivery and high satisfaction. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, previous retail or warehouse experience preferred, basic computer skills (OMS/WMS), strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for shifts.
