Job Description

We are seeking a Guest Activities Manager to design and run engaging recreational programs for guests. You will lead a team of activity coordinators, plan daily schedules and special events, manage vendor partnerships and budgets, ensure safety and high service standards, and track guest feedback to improve offerings. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hospitality or resort activities management, strong leadership and communication skills, experience with staffing and scheduling, and relevant safety certifications. A passion for guest experiences and creative programming is essential.
