Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties.
Main responsibilities include managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with property regulations. The Property Manager will also handle lease agreements, rent collection, and financial reporting.
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a strong understanding of property management principles. Previous experience in property management is preferred.
