Job Description

Pro Star Truck Lube & Wash Inc is seeking a talented and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a college diploma and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in HR or equivalent. The responsibilities include administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, implementing HR policies, planning recruitment strategies, and mediating labor disputes. Proficiency in MS Office programs is required, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail is essential. This is a permanent position with a workload of 30 hours per week, conducted in English.
