Job Description

Mello is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team! The ideal candidate should possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 2 to 3 years of experience in baking and food preparation.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Preparing dough for various baked goods like pies, bread, and cakes.
• Baking mixed dough and batters to perfection.
• Training staff on food preparation and safety practices.
• Decorating cakes and baked goods with frostings and icings.
• Creating production schedules and ensuring product quality.

This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 40 hours of work per week. Proficiency in English is required.
