Job Description

Overview

Ron’s Drywall Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Bookkeeper with organizational skills to join our team. In this role, you will maintain and process invoices, handle purchase orders, manage accounts, and post payables. Proficiency in MS Excel and Sage/Simply Accounting software is required, along with a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles.

Duties include:

• Maintaining financial records
• Processing accounts payable
• Assisting with payroll
• Performing account reconciliation
• Handling light office tasks
• Collaborating with the Vice President

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Expected Hours: 24 per week
