Job Description

The Holiday Inn Express and Suites Edmonton SW-Windermere, located at 6125 Andrews Loop SW, Edmonton, is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our busy professional team.

Applicants should possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate, and prior experience is an asset. Proficiency in business equipment and computer applications, including word processing software and multi-line switchboards, is required.

Key responsibilities include managing room reservations, registering guests, providing information on hotel services, and resolving guest complaints. Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
