About the Company:

True North Workforce Solutions Ltd. is a family-owned autobody repair group known for integrity, teamwork, and quality workmanship. We seek a Reception / Service Administrator on a temp-to-perm basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front office coordination and customer greeting.
• Repair order administration using Mitchell or similar systems.
• Support insurance claims and coordinate with rental agencies.
• Manage parts and vendor communication.
• Provide customer repair status updates.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year in customer service or office administration.
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour, 40 hours per week.
