Job Description
Green Flow Nurseries Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Farm Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and between 7 months to 1 year of relevant experience in agricultural operations.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and supervising general farm workers and harvesting laborers, ensuring adherence to farm safety and bio-security procedures, maintaining quality control and production records, and performing general farm duties. The position is permanent, with working hours ranging from 60 to 80 hours bi-weekly.
