Job Description

Joshi Enterprises Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate must possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include evaluating daily operations, monitoring revenues and staff performance, organizing daily tasks, recruiting and training staff, balancing cash, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You’ll negotiate with suppliers and conduct performance reviews to maintain the highest operational standards.

This is a permanent position requiring 30 hours of work per week, with English as the primary working language.
