Job Description
Firma Contracting Inc. is seeking an experienced Water & Sewer Topman to join our team on underground projects throughout Western Canada. We offer competitive wages for out-of-town work and a generous LOA, promoting work-life balance and opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Lead Hand and foreman on project plans.
- Establish pipe grades and assist in installations.
- Support the pipelayer and maintain crew communication.
- Document site activities and participate in inspections.
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience, ability to read blueprints, strong safety awareness, and excellent communication skills are essential. CSTS 2020 and WHMIS 2015 certifications required.
