Job Description

SOUTHLAND is seeking experienced Driver Trainers to join our team. As a Training Instructor, you will play a crucial role in training new employees and educating current drivers. In-house training follows SOUTHLAND’s guidelines. Excellent communication and confidentiality skills are required. Training sessions take place Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom sessions
• Assess daily driving skills
• Perform on-road evaluations
• Utilize TrackIt for training progress
• Support driver inquiries
• Cover school routes as needed

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00 per hour
