Job Description
Join Long & McQuade, the leading retailer of musical instruments and gear, as a Sales and Rental Associate. In this full-time permanent position, you will assist customers in renting and purchasing instruments, matching their needs with our products.
Your responsibilities will include demonstrating products, answering phone calls, troubleshooting customer issues, and maintaining knowledge of our offerings. You will also participate in store merchandising and maintenance.
To qualify, you must be a musician with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work flexible hours. Experience in retail is a plus.
