Job Description
HEART TO HEART HOME CARE SERVICES LTD. is seeking a dedicated Health Care Aide. The ideal candidate must possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience. You will work in a home care and visiting care agency setting, providing essential support to patients.
Your responsibilities will include supplying and emptying bed pans, monitoring vital signs, serving meals, transporting patients, maintaining inventory, and preparing patients for surgery. A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience is required. This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 40 hours per week, and proficiency in English is necessary.
