Job Description
Trillium Transportation Ltd. is seeking an experienced Office Manager. Candidates should possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will implement and review administrative procedures, delegate tasks to support staff, and ensure deadlines are met.
Key responsibilities include coordinating office services, assembling data for reports, training staff, and overseeing administrative procedures. The position requires the ability to work independently under pressure, excellent communication skills, organization, and multitasking abilities.
This is a permanent position offering 30 to 35 hours of work per week in English.
