Job Description

HEART TO HEART HOME CARE SERVICES LTD. is seeking a dedicated Health Care Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of experience, or equivalent in a similar role.

Responsibilities include administering basic patient care, taking vital signs, transporting patients, and ensuring hygiene and comfort. You will also assist with meals, maintain living spaces, and support during medical procedures.

This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours per week. Proficiency in English is necessary.
