Job Description

We are seeking a motivated User Support Technician to join our team at Alberta Research Center. The ideal candidate will have a college/CEGEP education or equivalent experience, with 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.

Your responsibilities will include providing access to computer networks, reporting on system performance, offering user support, and managing incidents. You will also set up equipment and perform web-server backup and recovery operations.

Requirements include own transportation, legal eligibility to work in Canada, and a willingness to relocate if necessary.
