Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Program Coordinator for our Community Education and Training initiative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing program development, implementing community engagement strategies, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include coordinating workshops and training sessions, managing schedules, and maintaining program records. The successful applicant will also work closely with community leaders to assess educational needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Previous experience in program coordination is a plus.
