Job Description

Payroll Guardian International, Inc. (PGi) is seeking a dedicated Implementation & Support Specialist focused on Scheduling & Time and Attendance. In this role, you will be integral to the implementation process, engaging in all stages from discovery to go live. Your responsibilities will include analyzing client needs, managing expectations, and providing ongoing training and technical support.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Canadian Payroll, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a collaborative environment. Familiarity with SaaS projects is preferred.
