Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual for the position of Residence Coordinator at Oakville Children’s Homes. This permanent role offers a 40-hour work week in a fast-paced environment focused on child welfare and early intervention for at-risk youth.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a client-focused approach. Responsibilities include preparing reports, supervising staff, implementing workshops, and assisting clients with special needs.
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada, have 1-2 years of relevant experience, and complete criminal record and child abuse registry checks.
