Job Description

Join our dedicated team at Extendicare as a Receptionist, where you will contribute to enriching the lives of our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to and triaging calls on a multi-line telephone system
• Greeting and welcoming visitors
• Maintaining security logs for visitors and staff
• Facilitating courier services and preparing outgoing mail
• Performing faxing, filing, and photocopying duties
• Updating employee and client data in our computerized system
• Responding professionally to various communications
• Documenting and escalating complaints as necessary

This is a part-time position.
