Job Description

Join Westlake Careers as an Accounts Payable Associate! In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices while managing discrepancies between invoices and system purchase orders.

Key Duties Include:

• Ensure SOX compliance with accuracy and efficiency
• Review and code non-PO invoices
• Communicate with vendors on discrepancies
• Maintain accurate supplier master records
• Reconcile supplier statements and prepare accrual listings

Minimum Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Accounting
• Experience with JD Edwards ERP preferred
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
