Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring that invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Your key responsibilities will include verifying invoice details, preparing payment batches, and maintaining relationships with vendors. Additionally, you will assist in month-end closing activities and reconcile accounts payable discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software. A degree in finance or accounting is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
