Job Description

Join our fast-paced hospitality venue as a Maki & Sushi Chef at Sushi Bar! We’re looking for a quick learner who can work independently and is dedicated to providing a fantastic customer experience.

Key Duties include:

• Entry-level roll making; knowledge of raw fish and Japanese ingredients is a plus.
• Effectively prepare sushi according to recipes.
• Monitor food stock and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment.
• MUST have a Food Handlers Certificate and advanced knife skills.

Schedule: Tuesday, Friday, and/or Saturday, 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Compensation: $18.00-$19.00 per hour plus tips.
