Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and check them out with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Answer phone calls and efficiently schedule appointments
• Process insurance claims and verify patient information
• Manage recall lists and ensure patients are contacted as necessary
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth office operations

Experience and Skills:

• 1 year of dental receptionist experience required
• Proficiency in Dentrix is mandatory
• Positive attitude and teamwork spirit

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
