Job Description
Duration of Employment: Temporary
Language of Work: English
Working Hours: 12 hours per week
Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent (1-2 years) in health-related fields.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in caregiving roles.
Assets: Knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
Location: Urban area, working in the employer’s/client’s home.
Tasks include administering personal care, medications, assisting with daily hygiene, light housekeeping, and companionship.
Required Certifications: CPR and First Aid.
Target Audience: Elders, individuals with Alzheimer’s, and those with physical disabilities.
Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, and patience are essential traits.
