Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Collections Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing outstanding accounts, contacting clients regarding overdue payments, and maintaining accurate records of collections activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in collections or a related financial position is preferred but not required.
