Job Description

Peluche Animalerie Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Supervisor to oversee operations in our pet grooming shop. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in animal care and grooming, with a strong focus on managing staff and optimizing service quality.

Responsibilities include establishing work schedules, training staff in safety procedures, and performing grooming tasks such as bathing, nail clipping, and cleaning ears. We value attention to detail, client focus, and effective communication skills.
