Job Description

High Hit Painting Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. Ideal candidates should possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering telephone calls, compiling data and statistics, ordering office supplies, greeting visitors, and performing various clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.

We are looking for someone with excellent oral communication skills, who is a team player and can work 40 hours a week in an English-speaking environment. This position is permanent.
