Job Description
Second Plumbing and Heating Ltd. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess a college degree or equivalent experience and have 1 to 2 years of administrative experience.
Key responsibilities include assisting with staff consultations and grievances, coordinating information flow, scheduling appointments, managing contracts, overseeing payroll, and maintaining office supplies. Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word is essential. The position is permanent and requires working 30 to 40 hours per week in English.
