Job Description
We are seeking a Healthcare Business Analyst to join our team of consultants at Gravity Conseil in our Montreal office. This position is offered in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities:
- Configure patient appointment booking systems, including defining slots and provider schedules.
- Analyze procedure and medication order flows in hospital and clinic settings.
- Document business requirements using techniques like User Stories and Use Cases.
Requirements:
- Healthcare and IT knowledge (not insurance).
- Experience as a business analyst or clinical informaticist.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is an asset.
- Fluency in English and French is a plus.
