Job Description

Join Alberta Health Services as an Administrative Support II! In this role, you will leverage administrative and specialized skills to support procedures and initiatives within the Patient Food Services department at Foothills Medical Centre.

Required qualifications include a completed Grade 12 or equivalent, a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute, and a minimum of 1-year experience in commercial or healthcare food service and customer service environments. Expect to engage frequently on the phone with healthcare professionals regarding patients’ dietary needs.

Preferred qualifications include post-secondary education in administrative assistance and experience with diet terminology and related software.
