Job Description
Shah Financial Planning Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and personable In-Person Office Administrator/Receptionist. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, processing transactions for new accounts, and reconciling client accounts.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, adaptability, and excellent computer proficiency, particularly with mutual funds. A minimum of six months to a year of related experience in a financial institution is preferred.
This full-time position offers a salary of $40,00.00 to $45,00.00 per year, along with benefits including health care, dental, and on-site parking.
