Job Description
Sanford Housing Society is excited to announce the opening of a new affordable housing project in North Vancouver this spring. We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a Caretaker for our 90-unit building, committed to providing accessible housing options.
Key Responsibilities: Daily maintenance, janitorial duties, minor repairs, tenant relations, and supply management.
Qualifications: Grade 12 education, a minimum of two years as a building caretaker, and familiarity with MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $52,00.00 – $53,500.00 per year | Application Deadline: April 20, 2025 | Start Date: May 1, 2025
